Note: After you post a Breakdown and you need to either edit a role or add a role, skip this form and simply email your changes to edit@breakdownservices.com (for New York, use submit@breakdownservices.com).
This will avoid having to completely fill out the form a second time. Be sure to include:
   1- the title of the project
   2- whether this is a new role or a change to the description of an existing role

If you will be receiving submissions electronically and you do not already have a Breakdown Express logon, one will be set up for you and you will be contacted accordingly. If you have questions you can call Breakdown Services at (310) 276-9166 or just include them in the Comments/Questions field below. Breakdown Services will contact you with any questions we have regarding your Breakdown and you will be notified when your Breakdown is posted.
