We offer
three, fully integrated, resources for posting/releasing your Breakdown
(casting notice), Breakdown Express, Commercial Express and Actors
Access. You may post through any or all of them.
Breakdown Express and Commercial Express: Use Breakdown Express
when you wish to release a Breakdown to Theatrical Talent Agents and
Managers. Use Commercial Express when you want to release information
to Commercial Talent Agents only. We strongly
advise that you request electronic submissions since many talent
agencies no longer maintain a file of pictures in their office. To
receive electronic submissions will require a password to view
submissions. Contact the office to set up a password ASAP!
Submitting certain types of projects through
Breakdown
Express or Commercial Express may require that you pay a fee to release
these projects to
Agents and Managers. If a fee is required, the rates schedule is as follows:
Feature Film with SAG Disclaimer: $125
Non-Union Feature Film: $75.00
Non-Union TV Project: $50.00
Student Film: $10.00
Non-Union Play: $30.00
Equity Waiver/99 Seat Play: $30.00
Non-Union Short Film: $50.00
SAG Experimental Feature: $50.00
Cable Programming: $50.00

Actors
Access.
There is no charge to post your Breakdown through Actors Access.
It is
free to do so. Actors Access is the actors' window to Breakdowns that
casting authorizes for release to actors. You then have the option to
receive electronic submissions from actors and/or hard copy
submissions.
If you
choose to receive electronic submissions and you do
not already have a username/password account on the Breakdown Services
submission system, an account will be set up for you at the time we
receive your Breakdown so that you can then log in whenever you wish to
check the submissions, schedule auditions, etc. The system is
entirely
self-contained, this is not an emailing system so you don't have to
be concerned about receiveing submissions via email. All
submissions are sorted and organized in total for fast
and easy access via your logon to the system. Again, there is no charge
to post your Breakdown on Actors Access.
Release
Notes
As mentioned,
all three resources are fully integrated for your quick and easy
access. For instance, if you release a Breakdown through Actors Access
AND Breakdown Express or Commercial Express, one logon to the system
will provide you with all of the submissions (categorized by project
and role), which you can then sort and organize any number of
convenient ways.
